As a Financial Compliance Specialist at Randstad, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial integrity of our clients' organizations. This exciting opportunity involves conducting internal financial audits, evaluating internal control systems, and identifying areas for improvement in financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute internal financial audits to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Evaluate internal control systems and financial processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports with findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with department stakeholders and audited organizations to ensure effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Contribute to the development of audit methodologies and best practices to enhance financial operations.
Requirements:
- CA/CPA qualification (preferred) with a strong understanding of accounting principles and auditing standards.
- Experience in internal auditing, preferably in government or public sector, with a proven track record of identifying areas for improvement.
