Senior Technology Supplier Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic supplier management leader to drive our technology supplier performance, value delivery, risk mitigation, and alignment with our organisation's objectives.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned supplier professional to join our team and make a significant impact on our future success.
Key responsibilities- Develop and execute the Enterprise Services supplier management strategy, aligning supplier capabilities with our business agenda.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key technology suppliers, including establishing and overseeing supplier governance frameworks, performance scorecards, executive reviews, and escalation protocols.
- Lead complex contract negotiations, renewals, and dispute resolutions. Ensure contracts are commercially sound, compliant, and deliver measurable value. Partner with internal teams to manage contractual obligations and mitigate risks.
- Monitor supplier performance against service level agreements, key performance indicators, and contractual commitments. Identify and manage supplier risks, including operational, financial, and compliance risks. Drive continuous improvement and innovation through supplier collaboration.
- Design and implement the Supplier Management Centre of Excellence and act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders on supplier-related matters. Collaborate with technology delivery teams, finance, procurement, and business units to ensure supplier alignment and responsiveness.
You have 10+ years of experience in supplier/vendor management within large, complex organisations. You have proven experience managing multi-million-dollar technology contracts and strategic vendor relationships. You possess strong commercial acumen and experience negotiating large-scale technology contracts. You also have exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across executive and board levels.
Additionally, you have a strong understanding of technology domains including cloud, infrastructure, software, and digital services. You are able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and drive outcomes that align with bold business ambitions.
