In this pivotal role, you'll be at the helm of strategic management of technology suppliers across the enterprise. You'll drive supplier performance, value delivery, risk mitigation, and ensure alignment with our organisation's technology and business objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in supplier governance, commercial negotiations, and fostering long-term partnerships with our critical vendors.

What you'll deliver with us

• Supplier Strategy - Develop and execute the Enterprise Services supplier management strategy, aligning supplier capabilities with the P26 and P30 Modernisation agenda.
• Supplier Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with key technology suppliers, including establishing and oversee ing supplier governance frameworks, performance scorecards, executive reviews, and escalation protocols.
• Commercial & Contract Management - Lead complex contract negotiations, renewals, and dispute resolutions. Ensure contracts are commercially sound, compliant, and deliver measurable value. Partner with Legal, Procurement, and Risk teams to manage contractual obligations and mitigate risks.
• Performance & Risk Oversight - Monitor supplier performance against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments. Identify and manage supplier risks, including operational, financial, and compliance risks. Drive continuous improvement and innovation through supplier collaboration.
• Centre of Excellence and Stakeholder Engagement – Design and implement the Supplier Management Centre of Excellence and act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders on supplier-related matters. Collaborate with technology delivery teams, finance, procurement, and business units to ensure supplier alignment and responsiveness.

About you

You're a powerhouse in supplier management—ready to lead with impact. From onboarding to offboarding, governance to value realisation, you bring deep expertise across the full supplier lifecycle. You know how to partner with technology vendors and delivery teams to spark innovation, embed smarter ways of working, and drive outcomes that align with bold business and technology ambitions.

You'll also need

• 10+ years in supplier/vendor management within large, complex organisations.
• Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar technology contracts and strategic vendor relationships.
• Strong understanding of technology domains including cloud, infrastructure, software, and digital services
• Strong commercial acumen and experience negotiating large-scale technology contracts
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across executive and board levels
