Job Description:

Our organisation is seeking a Rehabilitation Counsellor/Social Worker to provide quality therapy and intervention to support individuals in achieving their employment goals.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients to identify their strengths, interests, and barriers to employment, and develop strategies to overcome these challenges.

Key responsibilities include providing individualised support and mentoring, conducting mini-mental health training sessions, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Approved Rehabilitation Counselling or Social Work degree
  • Full registration with an approved body
  • Determination and motivation for professional growth
  • Passion for helping and assisting diverse range of clients
  • High levels of verbal and written communication
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Australian Driver's Licence and access to own vehicle
