Senior Engineering Role

The Asset Advisory Team is seeking a Senior Engineer to undertake varied engineering tasks and site investigations. This role requires the ability to specify testing requirements, interpret test results, analyse structures, and determine innovative remedial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake engineering tasks and site investigations to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Specify testing requirements and interpret results to inform design decisions.
  • Analyse structures to determine effective remedial solutions.
  • Ensure investigations, reports, and designs meet client requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil/structural engineering.
  • Eligible for membership of Engineers Australia or equivalent.
  • Chartered member (CPEng) of Institute of Engineers Australia Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ).
  • Strong understanding of Australian design codes and standards.
  • Demonstrated experience at a senior level of project design and commercial outcomes for projects.
  • Experience in writing tenders and proposals, leading projects, and communicating with clients.
