Investigator Role">

We are seeking an experienced investigator to join our Investigations team. As an investigator, you will conduct investigations into contraventions of the Long Service Benefits Portability Act and related regulations. Your tasks will include reviewing and assessing referred matters, preparing and conducting investigations, and making informed recommendations on appropriate enforcement actions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct end-to-end investigations into criminal contraventions, including making recommendations for enforcement and participation in court proceedings.
  • Prepare and conduct interviews, prepare briefs of evidence, and other related documentation.
  • Solve complex problems and contribute to the identification, development, and implementation of processes and procedures to advance the viability of investigations.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to achieve objectives.
  • Uphold and support public service values covering ethical standards, professionalism, workplace respect, equity, diversity, and workplace health and safety principles and practices.
