Job Title: Sales Development Associate

About the Role

This is a desk-based entry sales role where you will work closely with Relationship Managers to upsell and retain current customers.

  • Identify opportunities to promote premium solutions and assess customer needs to support account retention efforts.
  • Proactively initiate contact with customers through various channels to drive customer engagement and account growth.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and activity records in CRM systems to ensure seamless collaboration.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and relationship-building skills, as well as experience in customer service or sales with a proven track record of meeting quotas.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Generating leads for upsell opportunities and promoting Lexis+ and Lexis+ AI products to existing customers.
  2. Assessing customer usage and engagement to inform account retention strategies.
  3. Initiating contact with customers through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  4. Providing valuable feedback to enhance customer insights and product development.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in sales/marketing or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and ability to manage customer data effectively.
