Job Opportunity

This exciting opportunity will be responsible for designing and developing training solutions that support individual, team and business goals across the entire business.

We are looking for a strong professional to utilize their experience and innovative strategies to deliver a state-of-the-art training program in a hybrid environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design and development against plans and evaluation of effectiveness using agreed methods and frameworks
  • Ensure all programs, products and services in the areas of design are effectively designed within agreed methodologies and standards
  • Establish and maintain excellent collaborative working relationships within the team, customer group and external vendors
  • Implement policies, processes and procedures relevant to the design and development of all initiatives

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in a remote/hybrid environment
  • Strong technical capabilities, including learning measurement and course evaluation and assessment, and competency frameworks
  • Innovation mindset, flexibility & adaptability
  • Excellent visual written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and comfortable to consult with leaders

Nice to Have

The following skills would be beneficial:

  • Experience in the use of Microsoft 365 and WalkMe
  • Experienced in learning role in global and complex organization
  • Fundamental knowledge of market leading practices and trends
