This position plays a crucial role in developing occupational health and safety (OHS) policies and ensuring compliance with OHS legislation.

Job Description

The Portable Long Service Authority is seeking a professional to manage investigations and implement regulatory strategies.

Responsibilities

Investigation Management:

- Manage a suitable workload of investigations

Leadership:

- Effectively lead direct reports to achieve objectives

Regulatory Frameworks:

- Support senior leaders in implementing regulatory frameworks and approaches

Policies and Procedures:

- Develop relevant policies, procedures, and business plans within the work area

Evidence Management:

- Triage and prioritize incoming information and evidence related to potential investigations

Reporting:

- Develop key metrics and draft reports

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders to achieve objectives
