At a leading hotel, we are seeking a highly motivated Front Office Guest Service Agent to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming reception duties including guest check-ins and check-outs.
  • Liaise directly with Housekeeping teams to ensure high standards of cleanliness and quality are maintained.
  • Effectively allocate rooms to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Handle complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure the safety of fellow staff and guests by following company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Contribute to achieving revenue targets.
  • Process reservations and assist with group bookings.
Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A secondary qualification or equivalent.
  • A certificate in Hospitality is advantageous.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have:

  • At least 1 year of experience working on a hotel front desk.
  • Previous experience working night shifts in a hotel front office environment (required).

Required Certifications:

  • A valid RSA certificate.

Work Authorisation:

  • A current work visa for Australia (essential).
