Are you a highly skilled and organized professional seeking a new challenge? This is an exciting opportunity to support the CEO of a dynamic organization.
As Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the CEO's effectiveness and productivity. Your duties will include:
- Communicating with senior-level executives both within the organization and externally
- Managing professional scheduling for the CEO, including coordinating meetings, distributing agendas, materials, and presentations
- Building and coordinating the CEO's travel calendar, including booking all travel and ongoing management
- Managing and reporting on expenses for the Office of the CEO
- Providing administrative support to the leadership team, including organizing travel and accommodation and supporting onsite/offsite events
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to push back when necessary. You should also be ambitious, keen to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
This is a 9-month fixed-term contract as it's a parental leave cover. You will work from home and have the flexibility to manage your schedule effectively.
