Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Professional to join our team at Bevilles Jewellers. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and contributing to a positive and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of the store
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including jewellery, watches, and other related items
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store environment
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive store environment
Requirements
  • Experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn and adapt to new products and promotions
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
