Regulated Environment Opportunity

This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic and regulated environment with the government. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, providing quality assurance on regulatory and administrative documentation, responding to enquiries, and analysing complex queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and providing quality assurance on regulatory and administrative documents with high attention to detail;
  • Responding to internal and external enquiries received via a shared inbox and phone line;
  • Analysing and resolving complex queries and other matters relating to regulated entities and stakeholders;
  • Contributing to business improvement activities, including policy design and alignment of procedures with legislation and regulations;
  • Managing caseload independently and as part of a team.

Experience in a regulatory environment or working within a legislative framework is highly valued.

  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy;
