Key Responsibilities:
  • Information Support - Provide information and advice to the UQ community and external stakeholders, process routine requests and documentation, and offer secretariat support to committees.
  • Operational Assistance - Assist with the development and implementation of organisational strategy, action plans, and procedures, while contributing to internal, government, and regulatory reporting, quality assurance, and risk management processes.
  • Liaison & Content Management - Liaise with staff and students across UQ units and external stakeholders on specific matters, and assist with managing the accuracy of information in University databases, websites, and publications.
  • Event Participation - Assist with planning and participating in key events like Open Days and Orientation, and actively engage in professional development opportunities provided by the University.
