  • The position provides information and administrative support, strategic and operational assistance, stakeholder liaison and content management, and event participation and professional growth.
About the Role

You will be responsible for providing information and advice to stakeholders, processing routine requests and documentation, and offering secretariat support to committees. Additionally, you will assist with the development and implementation of organisational strategy, action plans, and procedures, while contributing to internal reporting, quality assurance, and risk management processes.

  • Liaising with staff and students across university units and external stakeholders on specific matters.
  • Assisting with managing the accuracy of information in University databases, websites, and publications.

You will also participate in key events like Open Days and Orientation, and engage in professional development opportunities provided by the University.

Key Responsibilities
  • Information & Administrative Support - Providing information and advice to stakeholders, processing routine requests and documentation.
  • Strategic & Operational Assistance - Assisting with the development and implementation of organisational strategy, action plans, and procedures.
  • Stakeholder Liaison & Content Management - Liaising with staff and students across university units and external stakeholders on specific matters.
  • Event Participation & Professional Growth - Participating in key events and engaging in professional development opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A completion of a bachelor's degree within the last three years (awarded before commencing the program).
  • Demonstrated strong organisational skills, including prioritisation, meeting deadlines, and high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • High-level written and oral communication skills, coupled with effective interpersonal skills.
  • High-level computer proficiency with software like Microsoft Office.
