The NDIS Commission offers roles that make a real difference in the community by upholding the rights of NDIS participants to access quality and safe supports.

Graduate Program Details

The 12-month graduate entry-level program is designed to accelerate your career while fostering a social impact. You'll embark on a series of rotations or immersion opportunities, where you'll work on real-world projects that will drive change within the Commission.

Your New Role
  • Engage in projects and develop skills needed to excel in the public service sector.
  • Gain exposure to senior leaders and collaboration with teams working across Australia, on impactful issues.
  • Flexibility in work arrangements to support a healthy work-life balance.
Professional Development
  • Complete a structured learning program through a comprehensive 10-month APS Graduate Development Learning Program.
  • Receive mentorship, career coaching and planning.
  • Guidance and support from a dedicated Graduate Program Coordinator.
Benefits Package
  • A competitive salary package commencing on APS level 4$82,999 plus 15.4 % superannuation.
