Job Title: Pioneering Clinical Leader

We are seeking a pioneering clinical leader to drive our state-wide dementia care program. As a senior clinician, you will be responsible for leading expert consultancy, leadership, education, research, and service development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert clinical consultancy across OPMHS
  • Lead and supervise CNC peers and nursing workforce
  • Drive clinical leadership and collaborative projects
  • Apply research to enhance practice and innovation
  • Plan and deliver specialised education and training

Requirements:

  • Post graduate qualification related to the specific area of specialty
  • Registration: Registered Nurse with current authority to practice with AHPRA
  • Demonstrated clinical leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team framework
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating initiative, accountability, and sound clinical judgment
  • Eligible to drive in NSW and ability and willingness to engage in travel across the state as needed
