Our client supplies world-leading mobile C-arm systems used for diagnostic imaging and minimally invasive surgeries. With over forty years of experience, they provide fast, efficient, and cost-effective service and repairs for mobile c-arm systems.
We seek an enthusiastic, independent worker with strong communication skills, capable of interfacing software with electronic hardware and providing excellent fault-finding skills in electronics hardware and software.
- Electrical/Electronic Engineering qualification is essential for this role.
- Field service experience in the medical device industry is highly desirable but not mandatory as full training will be provided.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for building positive relationships with hospital staff and clients.
- Coordinate with theatre managers, surgeons, radiologists & hospital engineers to deliver high-quality service.
- Service and repair mobile c-arm equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Prepare detailed reports to document progress and outcomes.
- Occasional travel within Australia may be required.
Previous experience in medical x-ray imaging is desirable but not essential. A competitive salary package, including a car allowance or company vehicle, is offered to the successful candidate.
