About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart North Lakes Winn St. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs and ensuring the highest quality care for our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Educators to deliver educational programs that meet the needs of all children
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
  • Ensure the safety and inclusivity of all children in the centre
  • Develop and implement educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
