Job Title: Food and Beverage Service Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Beverage Attendant to provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a clean and organized workspace while adhering to high standards.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for completing closing duties, including storing reusable goods, maintaining cleanliness of equipment and areas, and following company protocols.
  • They will also set up, stock, and maintain work areas, inspecting the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use.
  • In addition, they will maintain a clean workspace throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures and adhering to quality expectations.
  • The successful candidate will also ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, protect company assets, and develop positive working relationships with others.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have excellent communication skills, ability to welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, and speak with others using clear and professional language.
  • They should also have visual acuity to read and verify information in various formats, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and move objects weighing less than 25 kilograms without assistance.
  • Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination are necessary to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects, and reach overhead and below the knees.
