Food and Beverage Service Associate

We are seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Service Associate to deliver exceptional guest experiences in our outlets and across service periods.

The ideal candidate will work closely with our events team to ensure seamless execution of events, from setup to break-down, across multiple function rooms and event spaces.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming guests to our food and beverage outlets, greeting and tending to each guest with a smile
  • Understanding menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities
  • Managing customer accounts within our POS system
  • Preparing beverages, operating as a barista or bartender as directed
  • Providing consistent and high-quality service
  • Promoting a safe workplace by recognizing hazards and promoting general WHS practices

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
  • Working Rights within Australia
  • An entrepreneurial style and drive for conferencing and event operations
  • Experience setting up, servicing, and breaking down events
