Job Overview

The role of Food & Beverage Attendant involves providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the restaurant service period, tending to guests and exceeding their expectations
  • Provide friendly genuine service throughout the complete food and beverage experience, creating a place with the guest in mind
  • Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily with a focus on attention to detail
  • Understand guests' requirements and create classic and timeless experiences with each guest's experience
  • Support your Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests to enable future bookings
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An up-to-date RSA certification
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Working rights in Australia
  • Enthusiasm to escalate your career
  • Self-motivation, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
