We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our housekeeping team as a Housekeeping Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinating cleaning schedules and staff rosters to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Overseeing performance, supporting staff development, and assisting with recruitment to ensure the team's success.
- Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring timely ordering of supplies to maintain efficiency.
- Leading by example to ensure all staff deliver exceptional guest service and handle enquiries efficiently.
- Supporting the team in cleaning cabins, common areas, and amenities as required.
- Previous experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor role is essential for this position.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards is required.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills are necessary for success in this role.
- The ability to work independently and make decisions based on priorities and guest needs is crucial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and housekeeping management software is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- A current valid driver's license is essential for this position.
