Employing more than 2000 people Australia-wide, G'day Group has the largest park network in the country, offering an amazing customer journey.Discovery Parks Rockhampton is a large 10-acre property offering guests a full range of fully equipped cabins, powered sites and fantastic facilities that make it a popular destination year-round.The RoleWe're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic person to join our Rockhampton team as a Casual Housekeeping Supervisor.In partnership with park management, you'll lead the housekeeping team and be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of room cleanliness in line with the Discovery Parks brand.Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):Housekeeping Operations – Coordinating cleaning schedules and staff rostersTeam Supervision – Overseeing performance, supporting staff development, and assisting with recruitmentStock Control – Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring timely ordering of suppliesCustomer Service – Leading by example to ensure all staff deliver exceptional guest service and handle enquiries efficientlyCleaning Duties – Supporting the team in cleaning cabins, common areas, and amenities as requiredWhat we're looking forThe ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.Previous experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor role is essentialStrong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and make decisions based on priorities and guest needs.Proficient in Microsoft Office and housekeeping management software.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.A current valid driver's license is essentialBenefits to youCompetitive pay ratesDiscounted accommodation at over 300 G'day Group holiday parks nationally.Discounts with our G'day Rewards PartnersService recognition awardsAccess to Employee Assistance ProgramInternal promotions and opportunitiesAre you meticulous, organized, and passionate about creating a clean and comfortable environment for guests?
