Business Relationship Manager

We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused Key Account Professional to join our sales team. This role is based in the Gold Coast area, with a weekly presence at our office every Friday. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer value and solutions to both new and existing accounts within the region.
As a Key Account Professional, you will maintain, develop and grow key relationships within your dedicated portfolio. You will also develop opportunities for growth through strategic planning and fact-based analysis, achieving sales and trading margin contribution targets through product optimisations.
Responsibilities include maintaining an effective territory call plan for existing and identified customers, working collaboratively and strategically with local branch team members, and regularly analyzing market trends and sales activities.
Requirements for this role include minimum 3 years' B2B Account Management and/or Business Development experience (preferably in Manufacturing, Mining, Heavy Equipment or similar industrial sectors). Exceptional relationship management skills, strong local existing relationships, and a desire to be face-to-face with customers are essential.
Able to work autonomously while collaborating across different teams, you will possess strong problem-solving capabilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous exposure to industrial, safety and apparel products is advantageous.
