Lead Dining Experience Manager

This senior leadership position offers a unique opportunity to deliver exceptional dining experiences at a world-renowned destination. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the strategic direction of food and beverage operations to ensure delivery of outstanding guest satisfaction.
  • Work alongside colleagues to manage and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to enhance skills and achieve operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results, focusing on cost control, profit margins, and overall guest experience.
  • Maintain alignment to brand standards and internal control procedures across all food and beverage outlets.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulations.

Requirements

  • Degree in hospitality management or relevant discipline, or significant industry experience; MBA highly regarded.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a leadership-based role working in multi-outlet food and beverage operations in a luxury resort or high-end hospitality setting.
  • A commercial mindset with proven results in cost control, profit margins, and operational excellence.
  • Entrepreneurial drive, ambition, and a high level of compassionate leadership.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
