About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Food & Beverage Attendant to join our Holiday Park team. This role will see you deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring high-quality food and beverage standards are consistently met.

This position is casual, with the potential for additional hours to be picked up during peak periods.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional food and beverage service, maintain a welcoming front-of-house atmosphere, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and complaint resolution.
  • Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages, manage stock deliveries, minimise waste, and uphold food safety and RSA compliance.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen, dining, and bar areas, including equipment, furniture, and surfaces.
  • Safely handle and use approved cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to support a positive work environment, contribute to continuous improvement, and uphold workplace health and safety standards.

About You

  • Hold current RSA accreditation and bring experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Confident in planning, organising, and reasoning with others to resolve issues effectively.
  • Physically capable of performing manual tasks including lifting, cleaning, and operating kitchen equipment.
  • Comfortable working in active environments with frequent standing, walking, and use of PPE and cleaning products.
