We're seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Venue Manager to lead operations at the on-site restaurant. This role offers the chance to manage a dynamic team and deliver outstanding food and beverage experiences in a relaxed, family-friendly environment.

You'll oversee all aspects of venue operations, from service and food quality to cleanliness and team training, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. If you're ready to bring leadership, energy, and hospitality expertise to a unique coastal setting, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality service, product standards, and customer satisfaction.
  • Leading, training, and supporting the team to foster a positive, high-performing work environment.
  • Maintenance of cleanliness and sanitation across kitchen, dining areas, and equipment, following safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Management of inventory, minimisation of wastage, and compliance with RSA and food safety regulations.
  • Handling rostering, recruitment, performance management, and adequate staffing to meet business needs.
About You
  • Possession of current RSA, Responsible Management of Licensed Venue, and Food Safety Supervisor accreditation.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, providing feedback, and driving performance.
  • Strong understanding of budgets, cost control, and administrative processes.
  • Experience in food preparation, problem-solving, and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Physical capability of lifting, operating kitchen equipment, and maintaining hygiene standards using PPE and approved chemicals.
