Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Rooms Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in room assignments, inventory management, and guest satisfaction. They will be responsible for overseeing daily room allocations, tracking guest preferences, and managing room availability.

  • Oversight of daily room assignments, ensuring guest preferences (room type, view, special requests) are met while balancing operational needs and maximizing occupancy.
  • Collaboration with Front Office, Guest Relations, and Reservations teams to manage VIPs, loyalty upgrades, and upsell opportunities.
  • Cooperation with Housekeeping to track room status, prioritize cleaning, and ensure timely check-ins.
  • Monitoring room availability and working with Revenue and Front Office to optimize occupancy, including handling walk-ins and last-minute changes.

The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Opera Cloud is required, along with a passion for hospitality and a dedication to delivering excellent guest service.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a front office or rooms coordinator role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury or lifestyle hotel environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to problem-solve and think on your feet.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
