We are seeking a senior professional to join our Australian Property and Casualty Broking team as a Senior Property and Casualty Broking Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing placement requirements on behalf of clients, prospects, and client advocates.
Key Responsibilities- Market Advocacy and Client Relationship Development: Advise clients on best access points for key insurers, balance placements between markets to achieve sustainability as well as optimum pricing, and set and drive broking strategy in collaboration with client relationship directors/servicers/advocates.
- Complex Client Servicing: Assist in driving strategy for tender responses and represent broking in client and insurer presentations, and assist client servicers in managing and meeting client expectations.
