About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Analytics – Implementation Specialist to join our team at Carsales. As a key member of our Data Team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the subject matter expert for data customers, advising on optimal data points for collection and implementation.
  • Lead the development of implementation practices to enable fit-for-purpose digital data collection.
  • Identify web and app data collection requirements and collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Marketing teams to ensure feasible measures of success.
  • Manage end-to-end implementation of data collection to designed specification.
  • Construct points-of-view on emerging digital analytics technologies and bring perspectives on their applicability to Carsales.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours.
  • An all-of-business ownership mindset with high levels of personal integrity and accountability.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Able to lead the elicitation of data requirements from non-technical audiences and collaborate with developer teams.
  • Knowledge of data collection and tracking practices within native mobile app environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise working with digital analytics platforms, tag management systems, and data collection technology.
