Lead Designer of Experimentation Frameworks

The Experimental Lead will spearhead the development and implementation of a structured experimentation framework aligned to business objectives and customer goals.
This involves designing and operationalising playbooks, guardrails, and governance models to ensure consistency and scalability across digital platforms.
The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business objectives into prioritised hypotheses and testable experiments, leading end-to-end planning, execution, and analysis of A/B and multivariate tests.
Collaboration with UX, Product, Marketing and Content teams is essential in designing test hypotheses and defining success criteria.
Integration of experimentation insights with broader Digital Insights, MarTech, and customer datasets will also be a key responsibility.
The Experimental Lead will partner with the Digital Insights team to build self-serve dashboards and reports that communicate test outcomes, as well as collaborate on MarTech and website roadmap planning to enable experimentation infrastructure.
Facilitating collaboration between the SEO Specialist and internal teams to ensure seamless integration of SEO best practices is also an important aspect of this role.
To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership, analytical expertise, and a deep understanding of experimentation principles, digital analytics, and MarTech integration.
You will have experience in digital optimisation, experimentation, or digital analytics roles, preferably in enterprise environments, and a proven track record of designing, executing, and analysing A/B and multivariate tests at scale.
Experience working in cross-functional digital teams and influencing senior stakeholders with insights is also highly valued.
The ideal candidate will have experience building experimentation roadmaps and governance models that align with business goals, as well as exposure to personalisation and customer segmentation strategies.
A high level of digital literacy, including CRO tools, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and familiarity with MarTech and Digital Experience Platforms are also required.
