Senior Cybersecurity Professional

Job Description

As a Senior Cybersecurity Professional, you will collaborate with the Security Officer to act as the local cybersecurity representative. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure compliance with directives, policies, and work instructions within the Information Security Management System (ISMS) framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, promote, and adhere to information and cybersecurity guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with group directives, policies, and work instructions within the ISMS framework.
  • Oversee and guide local cybersecurity efforts, including technology risk management.
  • Conduct regular control testing activities such as physical site audits.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries and concerns related to information security.
  • Support awareness initiatives aligned with group and local requirements.
  • Review security requests and technical concepts, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Assess and manage security risks, including remediation efforts.
  • Support audit and certification activities.
  • Maintain effective communication with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate on risk assessment, monitoring, and management aligned with local and global frameworks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience (minimum 8 years).
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, architectures, risk assessment methodologies, and awareness training.
  • Understanding of physical security and business continuity management.
  • Risk-aware mindset and motivation to manage information and cybersecurity.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and escalation management skills.
