Our practice is seeking an experienced Front Office Coordinator to support our growing dental services in Adelaide.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team of receptionists, reporting to the Practice Manager. Key responsibilities include booking and amending appointments, answering phone calls, updating patient records, and supporting the clinical team with the smooth running of the practice.

We are looking for someone who can build strong relationships with patients, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet patients, providing a positive first impression
  • Lead a small team of two receptionists, reporting to the Practice Manager
  • Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
  • Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
  • Making patients aware of dental services and offers
  • Handling payments
  • Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
  • High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner
