Strategic Marketing Event Coordinator

The Senior Marketing Coordinator role focuses on driving marketing activities and engaging various groups. This position requires strong project management skills and experience in professional services.
This is a hybrid position that can be adjusted to work flexibly. The Senior Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver growth objectives and engage with leaders and peers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the planning and delivery of high-quality events, including marketing, communications, reporting, venue arrangements, and speaker coordination.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams for creative development, approvals, and production timelines.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and support the rollout of campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- End-to-end event and project management expertise
- Ability to work successfully as part of a team and independently
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to manage multiple agendas and meet demanding time frames
