">Operate with Efficiency
  • Picking, Packing and Shipping: Ensure timely order fulfillment by accurately selecting and packing products.
  • Stock Replenishment and Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts, maintain accurate inventory records and ensure seamless replenishment of stock.
  • Warehouse Organisation and Safety: Maintain a safe and efficient working environment by adhering to WHS regulations, labelling and organising stock.
  • Container Unloading and Dispatch: Assist with the unloading of containers, booking freight and ensuring timely dispatch of goods.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as required.
  • Order Fulfilment and Reporting: Accurately record and report on order fulfilment, update inventory systems and identify stock discrepancies.
Key Qualifications
  • Previous Warehouse Experience: Proven experience in a warehouse or stores role is essential for this position.
  • Licenses and Certifications: A forklift license and manual driver's license are highly desirable.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 20kg) is required.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with inventory management software is advantageous.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong attention to detail, commitment to safety and quality and excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
