We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Data Clerk to join our team.

This role involves transitioning data from one system to another, working closely with warehouse staff to input and transpose information related to aircraft maintenance. As an Administrative Data Clerk, you will be responsible for providing accurate, timely, and quality administrative support services within an operational aviation environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide accurate and timely administrative support services.
    • Maintain and update database systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
    • Support the transition of data from existing records systems to new database systems.
    • Identify and resolve any issues that may impact task completion or business objectives.
    • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve results.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in data entry and database management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
