Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Data Entry Clerk.

About You:

  • You have at least 12 months of administrative experience in an office setting.
  • You possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • You have knowledge of Australian geography and a high level of accuracy when performing tasks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Enter data into our JAIX Freight System from various sources, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Liaise with customers, drivers, depot managers, and other staff members through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
  3. Provide administrative support as needed, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  4. Create manifests for freight shipments.

Requirements:

  • Degree or certificate in business administration, office management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an administrative data entry position.
  • Australian geographical knowledge and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
