Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our flagship store in a prime Sydney location. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, managing and developing a team of employees, fostering a culture of accountability, performance and customer focus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective operational management.
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations, including rostering, stock control, cash handling, compliance and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve store performance and implement changes to drive business growth.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment.
  • Proven ability to lead, train and motivate large teams to achieve results.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail setting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly adaptable, solutions-focused and able to remain composed under pressure.
