We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will be a talented retail professional with a proven track record of success in managing daily operations, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high operational standards.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver exceptional customer service and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for shoppers, setting a high standard for the team.

Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through excellent product knowledge and effective merchandising strategies, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills by motivating, coaching, and developing the retail team. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to drive sales objectives.

Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract new customers, increase store traffic, and enhance profitability. Prepare detailed reports and insights for discussions with the General Manager.

Efficiently manage store budgets, wage budgets, rosters, and financial records. Oversee all store operations and administrative tasks, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and reporting.

Monitor inventory levels to ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing. Manage stock levels and replenishment processes effectively.

Uphold boutique brand standards in appearance, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.

Assist in loss prevention efforts by monitoring security and implementing effective policies and procedures.

Gather and relay customer feedback to improve product selection and customer service.

Utilise sales data to prepare reports and set weekly goals and strategies.

ATTRIBUTES & QUALIFICATIONS

Proven retail management experience, preferably within the fashion industry (2+ years minimum experience as a Retail Manager).

Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with customers, team members, and stakeholders.

Superior organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

A passion for delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring a memorable shopping experience for every customer.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment, adapting quickly to changing circumstances.

Basic knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising principles to optimise store performance and aesthetics.

Proficiency in analysing sales and financial data to inform strategic decisions and drive store performance.

Knowledge of retail management best practices and industry trends to stay ahead of market developments.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Self-motivated with a positive attitude, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
