As a visionary leader, you will be responsible for guiding a team of paid employees and volunteers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets in our new store in Sydney's Balmain.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, grow, and develop a high-performing team by providing coaching, training, and development opportunities
  • Maintain the highest standards of customer service at all times, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers
  • Elevate operational and visual merchandising standards to drive sales and increase customer engagement
  • Meet and exceed sales and KPI targets through effective sales strategies and team motivation
  • Promote high standards in product sorting, pricing, and placement to foster strong relationships with donors
  • Build and support the volunteer workforce, engaging with the local community to drive business growth
  • Embed a 'safety first' culture in-store, prioritizing the well-being of our team members and customers
  • Utilize our mission and values as a guiding force in decision-making, serving as a brand ambassador and driving business success
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing retail stores, preferably in fashion or high-volume retail environments
  • Strong leadership and visual merchandising skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Effective people management, training, coaching, and development skills, with a proven track record of team growth and development
  • Ability to track sales performance and motivate the team to meet targets through effective communication and goal-setting
