About the Role
Gartner is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the Gartner ANZ Sales team based in Sydney. This fast-paced role requires excellent stakeholder management and drive.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Organize and coordinate sales events, conferences, and meetings.
  2. Manage communication and correspondence with local suppliers for event organization.
  3. Assist with daily office operations and resolve ad-hoc problems.
  4. Complete additional projects as assigned by management.

Support for Sales VPs:
  1. Drive program execution administration on key programs identified for the region, including data collation, presentation preparation, and project management against timelines.
  2. Assist with scheduling and booking meetings, travel, expenses, and administrative tasks.
  3. Schedule regular deal review boards and hackathons for relevant business units.
  4. Provide support with planning and executing marketing and internal communications activities.

Events Organization & Support:
  1. Help organize, coordinate, and manage various team events in the ANZ region (Blitz Days, Ops Reviews, Kickoffs, Charity Events, etc).
  2. Internal communication: keep all sales team members updated about briefings, events, and analyst visits.
  3. Prepare invitations for clients and internal associates for sales events, briefings, summits, and symposiums.
  4. Proactively gather ideas and demands from sales team members for local events.

Strategic Planning & Marketing Support:
  1. Work with Gartner's Global PR and Marketing team regarding local sales organization requests and activities.
  2. Ensure sales teams receive marketing materials issued by the regional Marketing team.
  3. Support sales managers with strategic planning of marketing actions (prospect database update, research collaboration, etc).

Job Requirements:
  1. Ability to function in a dynamic and rapidly changing sales and technology environment.
  2. Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and ability to communicate effectively with senior-level management/clients.
  3. Excellent organization skills and ability to work independently in a prioritized manner.
  4. Autonomous and self-starter.
  5. High level of attention to detail.
  6. Fully competent in Microsoft Office products.
  7. Excellent team player.
