We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support marketing activities across two brands. This role offers hands-on experience in B2B marketing, from event coordination and campaign management to social media and marketing operations.

Perfect for a marketer with a few years of experience looking to expand their generalist skill set, you'll work directly with the Marketing Director in a flexible, hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities – across 2 brands
  1. Social Media: Assist in executing LinkedIn content strategies to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
  2. Content Creation: Develop engaging carousels, videos, and captions that resonate with our target audience.
  3. Website Management: Update, optimise, and publish content on WordPress, ensuring SEO best practices.
  4. Digital Advertising: Execute and monitor paid campaigns across LinkedIn and Google Ads to increase lead generation.
  5. Analytics & Reporting: Track and measure marketing performance, providing insights for improvement.
  6. Events & Webinars: Support planning and execution of in-person and virtual events, including client events, roundtables, webinars, and product launches. Coordinate logistics, manage guest lists, and oversee event communications. Assist with post-event follow-ups, reporting, and content repurposing.
  7. Email Marketing: Assist in developing and managing campaigns, including segmentation and tracking.
  8. CRM Management: Maintain accurate data tracking and lead nurturing within HubSpot.
  9. General Support: Take ownership of daily administrative tasks to keep marketing initiatives running smoothly.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing assistant or coordinator role.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn and social media marketing.
  • Experience with CRM (preferably HubSpot) and CMS (preferably WordPress).
  • Basic design and video editing skills (Canva).
  • Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics experience a plus).
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and creative.
