About the Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to oversee effective credit management, timely cash collections, and strict adherence to financial policies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee offshore AR operations to ensure high-quality and timely receivables processing, delivering accurate invoicing, collections, dispute resolution, and cash application processes.
  • Manage relationships with offshore service providers, including performance monitoring and issue resolution, ensuring compliance with financial policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and enforce credit policies, oversee credit assessments, and manage portfolio credit risk, balancing credit risk and driving business growth.
  • Deliver timely AR reporting, analysis, and cash flow forecasts to senior leadership, providing strategic direction and governance, as well as performance oversight for the offshore AR team.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience leading offshore teams and managing outsourced providers, with strong organisational, analytical, and time-management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and support business change initiatives, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and dispute resolution abilities, with a minimum of five years' experience in credit and collections.
