- Leverage expertise in Quote-to-Cash systems and processes to represent these functions within project teams.
- Provide support and enablement to teams on system & process management.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Balance long-term solutions against immediate needs.
- Serve as a liaison between teams for efficient operational integration.
- Manage ongoing testing and documentation for product launches.
- Support the development and rollout of new SKUs and related business requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and documentation.
- Identify and implement initiatives to optimize operational processes.
- Utilize project management tools to provide timely updates on internal projects.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system workflows and process improvements.
- 7+ years in financial systems, specifically focusing on the quote-to-cash process.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in data querying and reporting tools.
- Superb cross-functional experience and strong collaborative skills.
- Ability to communicate complex scenarios in a clear, logical manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with system implementations and user acceptance testing.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, CPQ, Zuora & Netsuite; ERP Experience a plus.
- Strong knowledge of G-Suite applications.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- A confident leader who can represent Global RevOps in cross-functional forums.
- Experience working with remote and global teams.
- Strong facilitation abilities to guide discussions and drive outcomes.
- Excellent organizational skills to balance multiple projects.
