Visual Merchandising/Activity Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Visual Merchandising/Activity Manager to join our team. As a key member of our visual merchandising team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing store layouts that drive sales and customer engagement.

Your primary focus will be on managing a team of visual merchandising co-workers, inspiring them to showcase the uniqueness of our brand identity in store presentation solutions. You will contribute to positioning our store as the first choice for home furnishing in the local market by providing home furnishing solutions for single products or combinations of products to improve life at home.

You will demonstrate the uniqueness of our product range through visual merchandising competence and display techniques in different store media and activity areas to distance us from the competition. Your work will motivate people to visit our store more frequently, secure the use of store layout as a commercial tool to plan and implement commercial strategies throughout the store while creating a good overview and strong visual impact.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a deep passion, curiosity, energy, and understanding of home furnishing and people's everyday lives at home. You should have higher education qualifications in visual merchandising or design and a solid background of working as a visual merchandiser. Clear technical strengths with experience working with SketchUp, AutoCAD, and/or Revit are also essential.

A motivational leader who can engage people fully to reach set goals and generate growth and long-term profitability is required. You will need to prioritize and organize work and work of others to make efficient use of time.
