Customer Support Specialist Lead

As a senior-level customer support specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our support team. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional support experiences for our customers while continually improving our support processes and procedures.

About the Role
  • Lead and develop your team members through regular check-ins, mentorship, and coaching.
  • Manage, motivate, and empower your team to achieve their full potential.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively address complex customer issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of improving support processes, workflows, and documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, and motivating small teams.
