We are seeking a professional with extensive knowledge and experience in tenure and land management to join our team as a key advisor on large projects in Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements under relevant legislation, including the Mining Act and Land Administration Act.
- Delivering specialist advice to support project planning and execution.
- Advising on land access and tenure requirements during project development phases.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in tenure and land management, including stakeholder engagement and verbal and written communication.
- Attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
