Key Responsibilities- Advocacy: Represent the interests of GP supervisors involved in the training programs, ensuring their needs are met.
- Support: Provide guidance and mentorship to supervisors, drawing on your extensive experience in the field.
- Collaboration: Work closely with regional teams, the Practice Manager Liaison Officer, and the Registrar Liaison Officer to foster a supportive training environment.
- Quality Improvement: Partner with management to identify and implement enhancements to the training practice environment.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong communication and advocacy skills essential for effective interaction with stakeholders.
- Current accreditation as a GP Supervisor.
- Qualifications as a registered general practitioner.
