Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Trainer and Assessor SEE to join our team at Max Solutions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will deliver language, literacy, numeracy & digital skills training to our students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage students using effective learning techniques and maintain a student-centered approach
  • Identify barriers to learning to support student attendance
  • Conduct pre-training assessments and implement training to meet contract requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Education, with TESOL or and undergraduate degree or teacher qualification with a Graduate Diploma or Education or postgraduate TESOL
  • Knowledge of the Australian Core Skills Framework preferred
